Please clean all products before use. Do Not sterilise in microwave or with boiling water. To care for all silicone and wooden products, wash in mild soapy water and air dry. In most cases, wooden products just need to be wiped over with a cloth, do not allow to be soaked in water. Check regularly. Wooden teether products are untreated.  Do not leave in direct sunlight or in a hot car. Do not disassemble any part of the product or use it for unintended purposes. It is recommended to inspect products prior to use checking for any sign of wear and if found to discard the item. Children should be supervised at all times while utilising the products.

Can I get a refund?

If there is something you are not happy with please send us an email so we can work with you directly. We do take extra special care wrapping up our gift boxes for postage and unfortunately we can not provide refunds on lot or damaged products due to shipping and this needs to be taken up with the shipping company. 

Do you do custom orders?

Our range of gift boxes are carefully put together so you can find the perfect option to gift, at this stage we do not offer customised gift boxes.
